Initiate Your Request
Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Return Label
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization slip to include in your package.
Pack Securely
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all filters, accessories, and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
